RepuCare is a premier provider of healthcare staffing, workplace employee health and wellness services as well as supportive staffing and healthcare services for governmental programs. RepuCare was founded in 1995 as an allied health staffing provider to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. In 1999, RepuCare expanded its services to include on-site occupational health services to address the treatment and prevention of workplace injuries and illnesses. In 2004, the allied health staffing business was organized as a new business unit, RepuCare Staffing. RepuCare's staffing business has also expanded over the years to include state, municipal and corporate clients including the City of Indianapolis, Indianapolis Airport, WellPoint, Managed Health Services, Eli Lilly and Correctional Medical Services. In 2011, RepuCare OnSite was formed to provide an integrated onsite clinic model that includes wellness, primary care, occupational health and behavioral health as an effective strategy to improve both the health of employees and employer financial health.
