Ensures that Diagnosis Screen is up to date
Checks MD notes with diagnosis listed on diagnosis screen
Ensures all medication consents are signed, scanned and attached in EMR
Follows up with no-show appointments within 24 hours to get them rescheduled
Ensures MD clinic schedules are full each week and that all nursing appointments are scheduled
Make sure all treatment plans are up to date
Work referrals for doctors to ensure new patients are properly onboarded

Responsibilities
