Catty women..especially Darla and Margaret. Horrible people who seek to destroy push down push around and belittle those they are threatened by. These two women are the most digusting dishonest women I've ever met in Ministry. Do NOT work here.
There are zero perks or benefits and you're expected to shut up or face the terrible 3 (Tom, Margaret and Darla)
The CEO has some issues. He is blinded by the 2 terrible women Darla and Margaret. There is something extremely unhealthy with the dynamic of these three people.
I'd remove Tom instantly. I'd remover both Darla and Margaret and hire people who truly value and love others and the Lord.
the interview process is worse than trying to get hired for the government.
Reign does NOT compensate. You work support raising and pray that you make enough to live and buy food. There are no salaried positions except for the special ones.
