Pros of working at Red Robin

It was close to home other than that there weren’t many pros. As a manager I was forced to hit labor by doing hourly work on a daily basis. I literally opened the restaurant my myself for over a year.

Cons of working at Red Robin

The labor model was absurd. I was hired with a promise of advancement if I hit my numbers. I hit for over a year and got nothing. Then when they hired a new Gm. (Which I had no desire to be) he found out I made more money than him and that’s when my numbers crashed and the nonsense started. Lou Tsavakis was a joke of a director who took the lady managers out for drinks after meetings. I aided in several store openings to be mistreated.

What do you like best about Red Robin's CEO and the leadership team?

I don’t know this new ceo

How would you improve Red Robin's culture?

Treat your people better. Stop trying to squeeze every nickel out of your kitchen manager! This Is why you failed in the Long Island market twice!
