**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking an Escalations Representative for Centralized Intake within the Enterprise Complaint Management Office.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services
+ Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to identify the issues
+ Perform moderately complex initiatives to resolve client issues and review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately in case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards

Job Description:
Bank of America is seeking a Client Relationship Associate (CRA) to support the Practice Solutions line of business and serve small businesses in the healthcare industry with annual revenues from $500k up to $5 million. The primary responsibility of the CRA is to support the Field and Home Office SBBs portfolio of assigned client relationships. The CRA supports the Field and Home Office SBBs clients with commercial credit and Treasury as well as support the retention of the portfolio. The CRA is the primary liaison with the Client Service Team for escalations. Responsible for new client on-boarding including: profile creation, Business Profile review, Know Your Client (KYC) completion and client outreach expected for introduction calls. CRAs are the primary point of contact with Credit and Retention partners for credit renewals, modifications, retention, proactive risk detection and collateral exemptions. CRAs may support multiple markets in their division.

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Lead Digital Product Owner/Manager to support Core Banking Deposits Technology. The right candidate for this role will be able to quickly orient to team-of-teams level product demands, applying human centered design in all areas - setting vision, championing the customer, building the roadmap, leading refinement, value-based prioritization, and delivering with speed & quality.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
* Act as key participant in large-scale planning
* Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
* Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
* Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
* Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
* Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
* 5+ years of financial product management knowledge, with direct experience in leading technology products in these domains
* 5+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and collaboration tools, such as Confluence and Jira
* 5+ years of knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
* Experience navigating complex technical integrations during refinement and prioritization
* Familiarity with SAFe and LeSS
* Experience with human centered design principles
* Strong dependency management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $188,900.00
