At times, the TS will be asked to cover some STA responsibilities when the STA is away on an assignment or on vacation. The TS participates in defining the company's overall recruiting strategy and the detailed plans to support talent needed for each opportunity.The TS is responsible for determining the best resource(s) to bring forward to the customer during the sales cycle.The TS will liaise tightly with the sales team overall and use these insights to assist in planning proactive recruiting projects to build the inventory of talent to enable the company to be continually ready for surges in talent demand. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting professionals. Superior skills in communications - both written and verbal.
