Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings. Reviews applications for entry-level and non-exempt positions; conducts and/or schedules preliminary interviews. Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include resignations, terminations, and extended leaves of absence. Assists with the administration of employee benefits, which may include assisting employees with submitting information and notice of change in status of health, dental, life, disability, and open enrollment activities. Maintain information board related to benefits and wellness. Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans. Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Process owner for site access badge system, locker access, boot and safety glass voucher, and visitor compliance tracking. Make photocopies; mails, FedEx, scan and email documents, and performs other clerical functions (i.e., daily mail distribution, conference room schedule, orders office supplies, and credit card reconciliation). Initializes Workman's Comp claims which incudes, reporting, tracking, documentation, record keeping and corresponds with claim representatives, Payroll processing using UKG/Ultipro software, run pre-check and post reports, attendance warnings, auditing and track/document payroll touch base meetings. Administers leave of absence program for plant production employees, which includes tracking, return to work process, documentation and record keeping. Performs other duties as assigned.
