The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for the project(s) within the region. Required Education
An Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Introduce creativity and innovation to the recruiting process through employer brand improvement, unique search strategies, and problem solving for hard-to-fill positions.
Leverage the ATS for applicant communication, candidate marketing initiatives and other creative strategies.
Research, recommend, and manage external vendors for staff augmentation and contractors, on an as-needed basis
Partner with the HR team to ensure successful onboarding of new team members.
Develop reporting and data analysis as needed, and assist with projects for the department (e.g. open enrollment, career pathing, training, compensation analysis, etc.)
Track recruiting metrics and conversion rates to maintain and improve the efficacy of LONG's recruitment efforts
Develop and assist with high school, university/college recruitment relationships/programs
Coach and mentor managers on interviewing and selection best practices which may include training of staff.
Train hiring managers and team members on Jobvite functionalities and compliance best practices.
Partner with marketing to get focused content for recruitment efforts, as needed.
Prepare and submit OFCCP-required reports, including the annual affirmative action plan and applicant disposition reports.
Stay updated on OFCCP regulations and industry trends, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive.
5-10% local travel to job fairs with one to two overnight opportunities may be available.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of successful full life-cycle recruitment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume, fast-paced, specialized skills environment
Experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System software (ATS). Jobvite experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills with employees at every level of the company
High level of confidentiality.
Strong understanding OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action laws and application as it relates to recruitment.
Must have existing conceptual technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems or related field, OR proven ability to quickly learn new technical information and apply that knowledge while recruiting.
