Source and recruit candidates on an on-going basis to continuously develop and maintain pipeline.
Client and Candidate Management:
At job opening assignment (Staffing and Search), conduct all due diligence required - discuss & obtain job details to include duties, requirements, timing of hire, salary, culture and other organization information relevant to opening, through due diligence.
Upon job opening assignment, write or update s. Post positions to appropriate job boards.
Conduct intake session with hiring manager to understand the position requirements, set hiring manager expectations and gather input regarding sourcing approach.
Collaborate with Sourcing team member to verify strategy for direct sourcing, internet, referral, campus, and agency channels.
Ensure high quality candidates are sourced and submitted in a timely manner; keep hiring manager informed of sourcing progress.
Manage internal client relationships closely and provide guidance and insight in the presentation and selection of candidates. Educate clients on market conditions and trends.
Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience, and positively represent client opportunities and employment brand.
Coordinate across Operations, Sourcing, and Recruitment Delivery teams to set and achieve client expectations of cost, time, and quality of hires.
Pipeline of Quality Candidates:
Identify and contact via phone or email candidates.
Source & Identify candidates.
Contact all qualified candidates by phone or email for initial assessment using the TalentBridge interview questionnaire guideline. As needed, request additional information such as references, writing or work samples, bar admission certifications, school transcripts etc.
Screen all incoming resumes through job postings. Add all candidates to ATS and reply as appropriate.
Conduct in person prescreen interviews (whenever possible). Document interview notes in ATS.
Interview, Assess and Present Candidates:
Conduct screening interviews, via telephone, of candidates.
For qualified candidates, format resumes using TalentBridge resume template.
Present qualified candidates to client with standard presentation package. May include formatted resume, summary of qualifications, assessment summary report, writing/work samples, references.
Coordinate with Client and Applicant all details relating to interview. May include applicant prep,
Lead and manage the candidate interview and follow up.
Provide feedback to stakeholders and candidate post interview.
Handle post interview details for applicant's client does not have an interest in. Provide advisement as appropriate.
Handle post interview offer process.
Coordinate offer process to extent Client requires.
Utilize and Maintain ATS. Continuously document all relevant updates, notes, correspondence, contacts etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and problem-solve concerns and issues and assist other recruiters in resolution with escalations related to recruitment support.
Conduct technology (ATS) and interview training for internal clients and Recruiting colleagues.
Mentor and train junior Recruitment professionals on the recruitment process, business and client processes and guidelines related to an outsourced model.
Maintains memberships and affiliations with professional organizations related to the industry.

Pay range and compensation package: Base salary of $25,000 to $50,000 annually + bonuses from $10,000 to $50,000.
