We are seeking a Direct Hire Manager (Full-Desk Executive Recruiter) with a focus on data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, or hyperscale companies. In this role, you will manage business development and account management processes for designated market clients, building trusted advisor relationships by understanding their business, culture, and talent acquisition needs. You will identify opportunities to provide additional recruitment services to existing and new clients.
Job Duties:Manage a team of up to 5 revenue producers Training and mentoring Direct Hire team Drive performance metrics and produce 2 million in revenue Collaborate with hiring managers to define search projects, including job responsibilities, requirements, compensation, and company culture.Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely fulfillment of positions.Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure successful placements and customer satisfaction.Drive new business with existing customers and prospects, and collaborate with NextGen | GTA to expand business with key accounts.Maintain strong professional relationships with clients by providing superior care, including a clear definition of position requirements and recruiting processes, timely updates, and interview preparation and debriefing.Prospect potential new clients, maintaining outreach and client meeting goals weekly.Provide project updates to management, client contacts, and stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary.
Job Requirements:5+ years of experience in full-cycle executive search, including business development, cold calling, developing search strategies, and client/candidate management.Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures.Consultative mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.Proficiency in candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels.Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidate profiles.Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.Managed a team of up to 5 revenue producers Worked with performance metrics and produced 2 million in Direct Hire revenue Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Self-initiative with the ability to respond quickly to client requests.Ability to be an effective team member and handle project leadership responsibilities as needed.Willingness and ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change.Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields You must have success in developing talent pipelines via cold calling candidates, identifying industry experts, and finding unique ways to engage with them, creating individually targeted sourcing campaigns, etc. A strong “people person” who is energized by building relationships Passionate and hungry to make a big impact Competitive and resilient Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proactive - taking initiative and follow through is a must Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Bachelor's degree preferred.

$85,000 - $100,000 a year
In addition to base salary, the 360 Recruiting Team Lead will also be eligible for commission on the Direct Hire commission plan. The plan is 10% of the Direct Hire fee for placements the recruiter brings in OR fills, 20% if the recruiter brings the requisition in AND fills it.

About the role
Maintain honey beehives at client sites s on a minimum three week “cycle” basis, carrying out a variety of tasks to support bee health throughout the beekeeping season. Tasks include:
Installation,
Routine maintenance,
Data collection,
Record-keeping,
Pest / parasite control,
Facilitating educational workshops.
Drive regularly in your city including to client sites, yards, equipment and bee suppliers.
Engage with clients and tenants about the services Alvéole offers (currently including beehives, beehomes, data collected through samples
