Basic Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience recruiting for a construction company, staffing firm, or a combined total of 4 years of experience recruiting for both staffing firms and construction companies.
Demonstrated experience with high-volume sourcing for experienced candidates.
Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Ability to travel up to 15% annually.
Experience tracking candidate pipelines within an ATS.
Familiarity with various sourcing tools and methods.

Comfortability communicating across various time zones.
