Qualifications & Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in a related field preferred). Experience: Minimum of six years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related area. Prior experience handling confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, including compliance and best practices. Skills & Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills with a candidate-centric approach. Recruitment * Represents and promotes the College and recruits prospective students for Columbus State programs focused on program and major offerings at the Delaware Campus.
