CORE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Establishes recruiting requirements by partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Responsible for posting job opportunities while utilizing various resources (web-based and in-person) to identify and attract quality candidates.
Evaluates applicants by screening resumes, analyzing interview responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to the job requirements.
Coordinates interviews between the hiring managers and potential candidates.
Following up with candidates and hiring managers to receive updated information on the status of the interview process.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Develops and implements diversity recruitment strategies and participate in applicable national and industry recruiting conferences
Understands the affirmative action goals for the organization and initiates programs that attract candidates that will meet those objectives
Ensures compliance to all employment laws, regulations and company policies that impact the hiring and selection process
Recommends hire and presents employment offer, if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least 2 years of recruiting experience. Possession of at least a bachelor's degree is required. Most possess ability to cold-call recruit potential candidates. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be efficient in time management and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
