Responsibilities
Source candidates using a variety of search methods
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing initial screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, descriptions and position requirements
Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
Work directly with Project Manager to meet project staffing goals
Schedule all qualified candidates with appropriate hiring manager
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
5+ years of recruiting experience
Construction Industry exprience required
Able to travel to job sites in New York City
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Excellent organization and time management skills
Well versed in all recruiting platforms
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
MS Office proficiency

Role Summary
