Payroll & Compliance Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborate with finance to reconcile discrepancies and maintain up-to-date employee records. Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Employee Experience & Support Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, benefits, and concerns. Support employee engagement, performance evaluations, and training/development programs. Monitor HR metrics and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on HR systems implementation. Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, from entry-level to leadership positions. Proficient with HR software, payroll systems, and ATS platforms. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and best HR practices. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
