Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience in IT Consulting, or staff augmentation environments is a requirement Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate assessment for high-volume hiring. Skilled in negotiation, offer management, and closing strategies to optimize hiring speed and quality. Understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements within a competitive talent market. Industry & Talent Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of recruiting within fast-growing industries such as consulting, tech, or professional services. Ability to evaluate candidate skill sets effectively, even in technical hiring scenarios. Knowledge of market trends, talent supply and demand, and compensation benchmarks to stay ahead of hiring needs. Client & Relationship Management: Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals. Experience working cross-functionally with HR, technical teams, and leadership to refine job descriptions and streamline hiring processes. The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000 - $135,000 per year, base salary. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on level and position offered.
