We are hiring an experience in-office National Recruiter who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the recruitment efforts of Southwind on a national scale. They will collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Compensation:
There is a base salary for this role depending on experience in the industry + unlimited commission. This role offers a non-recoverable draw plus commission structure.
