Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing

We are looking for an accomplished self-motivated, and self-starter to join our great team as a Bilingual Spanish Corporate Recruiter - Construction Electricians, who is responsible for the recruiting function for the Company and will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified electricians for various construction projects. Qualifications:

Strong understanding of electrical trade requirements and qualifications. This is a blue-collar type role “hard hat” on construction sites.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
