Day in the Life:
Provide excellent customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone-based recruiting and outreach.

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for effectively managing the recruitment of prospective students in a specialized area. The position facilitates a positive student experience from the initial inquiry by providing guidance with the admissions/ enrollment process and ensuring a smooth transition into the university through a high level of engagement and student-centered focus. Will also assist in providing University information such as policies, procedures, programs, and student life. This position is involved with special events, both on-campus and off-campus, and daily interaction with various campus partners and the public.
