Monitor and report performance to goals to internal teams & clients Contingency Planning - Track order fill rates throughout the week and create plans to avoid short fill situations prior to client start dates. Monitor client feedback and make observations to ensure that staff are operating in a manner that provides the level of customer service and fill rate. Provide analysis of turnover rates, overall attrition, and recruiting trends.
