Job Description/Preferred Qualifications KLA is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own the full cycle of recruitment for experienced hires in our Ann Arbor location. We seek a Recruiter who shares our passion for finding and hiring hard-to-find talent that is behind KLA's leading edge technology. This position is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The selected individual will provide experienced hire recruiting and sourcing support for various full-time positions, including engineering and non-technical roles. Positions may be for engineers of different disciplines to include, but not limited to Research Chemists, Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Electrical Engineers, etc. Non-technical roles include positions in: Supply Chain, Operations, and Services. Recruiter will be accountable for the execution of full life-cycle experienced hire recruiting. Determine appropriate recruiting strategies and sources for open positions Source candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified full-time candidates Source and pre-screen resumes and present qualified candidates to hiring managers Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish tailored recruiting approaches based on the business need. Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” at career events and in the local market. Organize, lead and document post interview debrief/feedback information with interview teams and candidates. Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing of the candidates. Develop, support and maintain experienced hire recruiting strategies and relationships. Support new hire on-boarding. Preferred Qualifications: Prefer engineering or technical recruiting experience. Engineering sourcing experience preferred. Ideal candidate will be able to successfully manage experienced hire recruitment activities ranging from strategic planning to administrative details. Thorough understanding of global mobility and immigration compliance including visa/immigration requirements and laws. Experience driving employment offers based on internal compensation equity analysis and total compensation philosophy. Able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Must have exceptional client management skills, including demonstrated success interacting with both internal and external customers and effective at building relationships.
