This individual will be responsible for recruiting talent for a collection of several companies in the same industry across the US. Essential Responsibilities
Source and review resumes, interview top talented candidates for presentation to hiring managers using job boards, internal ATS and possibly search firms and/or other sourcing methods.
Work as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources staff.

Experience and Skills
2+ years of experience working in a recruiting role, familiarity with aerospace/aircraft personnel is a plus.

Detail oriented, highly organized, with strong analytical reasoning required.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum of two years of professional recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services is strongly preferred
Knowledge of the attorney recruiting process and legal employment issues
Ability to set priorities, work independently and handle a variety of duties effectively under time constraints
Ability to understand unconscious bias and its effect on recruiting and hiring
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of firm personnel as well as external clients, including search firms and vendor
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Superior analytical, attention to detail, planning and organizational skills
Highly motivated and creative with ability to make sound business decisions
Ability to develop and analyze reports and projections regarding market trends in diversity, legal recruiting, and retention

The primary location for this job posting is in Delaware. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $32.28 - $43.68 per hour.
The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in meeting ongoing hiring goals by managing all aspects of the candidate interview experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for candidate questions and seamlessly ensure a positive experience throughout all aspects of the candidate recruitment cycle. Key responsibilities:
