What You'll Be Doing:

  • This person will be running a direct placement 360 desk (sales/recruiting) in one of our core business units: accounting and finance, energy, or engineering.
  • As part of team, you'll help our clients (fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field. You'll act as a “match maker” for both the client and the candidate.
  • Develop new clients through marketing and business development efforts.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers in your territory.

  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential clients and candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients
  • Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging drug screens and background checks.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategies.
  • Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Participate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functions.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives as needed.
