Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment Planning and Evaluation
* Collaborate in the development of an annual strategic plan for graduate recruitment, including identification and selection of schools for recruitment, travel and events, individual and mass communication, advertising, and digital media. Clearly articulate recruitment goals and tactics.
* Generate broad buy-in for recruitment activities among academic leaders, faculty, staff, and current students. Leverage recruitment networks and foster participation in recruitment activity across key stakeholders.

The Role
The Patient Recruitment Specialist will work in a call center setting and be responsible for all recruitment related activities for assigned clinical trials. The Day to Day as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Under general supervision following established policies and procedures, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, screening, and placing potential employees in positions companywide. Concentration placed on developing and implementing strategies to identify and screen qualified candidates to present to hiring managers, while reinforcing the credit union's culture.
A typical day will look like:
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
Coordinate the internal job posting and referral processes, ensuring existing employees are given opportunities to apply and assuring program integrity.
Leads intake meetings with the hiring managers to understand culture, skills, and team fit desired for each opening.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role when appropriate.
Schedules interviews, oversees the preparation of interview questions, and other hiring and selection materials.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Prepare offer letters and provide information to candidates during the interview and selection process, including a review of benefits, job responsibilities, pay, hours, work conditions, policies, and other related information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activity.
Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with government regulations, policies, and procedures.
Implement streamlined workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance efficiency and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
