Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage the recruitment process and candidates for assigned roles in our applicant tracking system. * Assist the TA team in proactively sourcing for passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. * Identify new and creative ways to source top talent and improve employment branding. * Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects. * Assist in database management, configurations, and reporting metrics. * Review and edit TA documents like policies, processes, forms, Job descriptions and others. * Presentations * Work independently and collaboratively with the TA team on projects to drive continuous improvement. * Create job aids. * All other duties as assigned.
