Compensation: Based on Geographical area (Range $55K-$57K)

Job Description

You'll also assess candidate viability, negotiate offers, and continuously refine recruitment strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
It is ideal minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree OR a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and coupled with 4 years of recruiting experience.
You should be a metrics-driven, fast-paced, high-volume individual.
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees' workforces (Retail, Manufacturing, hospitality, etc.)
Experience utilizing working with job boards and portals such as: Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Etc.
