Drive our ‘100% new hire retention’ strategy by designing and executing programs that build a diverse talent pipeline, support customer centricity, and fuel our AI strategy. Provide an exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication and seamless hiring interactions. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline hiring and enhance the candidate experience. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and consultant to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Serve as a culture ambassador, embodying and promoting BigTime Core Values throughout the hiring process. Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including training hiring managers on its use. Drive employer branding, employee referral programs, and recruitment marketing efforts to maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Support early days of new hire experience to ensure a smooth transition for joining the company. Who You Are: 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), with expertise in recruiting tools, ATS, and HR technologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple priorities. Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, providing strategic guidance and serving as a trusted business advisor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where data-driven decisions, KPIs, and candidate experience SLAs drive performance. High sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes without compromising candidate experience. The expected salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $100,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
