Verify the required staffing services are rendered each day/week according to the Plan of Care/ACS.
Assure the completion of all clerical functions such as the proper filing of timesheets, data entry, etc.
Assist in the review timesheets to ensure accurate services were provided.
Familiarize self to client and staff charts so documentation can be located upon request.
Plan, direct, and participate in recruitment and retention functions.
Accept and review applications, run proper checks, interview applicants, and input into the system.
Provides direction to field staff and communicates with supervisors as needed to assure safe and effective coverage of client needs.
Assign fully screened agency staff to clients as directed by the care plan and service request.
Assure employees receive complete and accurate directions and information about client needs.
Notify client of staffing changes and monitor employee performance in areas of dependability, responsiveness, timeliness, and client concerns. Respect Patient Bill of Rights.

We are looking for a talented Senior VDC Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our job site located near Cary, North Carolina.
In this role, you will assist in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating all information needed to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents through BIM models and to assure that the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality possible.
This will be done by leveraging the BIM model and VDC tools and processes to benefit project workflows.
You will also assist in the management and training of the coordination group.
Additional Responsibilities Work on complex assignments independently, with attention to detail, and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
Review models from designers, subcontractors, and others to ensure proper coordination.
Coordinate all BIM models (Trades, Vendors, Partners, etc.
) Create all needed data and reports for coordination meetings.
Run coordination meetings with Trades.
Create federated models for many purposes (PE review models, field inspection models, punch list items, background models, field instruction models).
Maintain federated models through Clarity creating, running, and troubleshooting tasks.
General review and documentation of design documents and coordination conflicts.
Facilitate regular meetings with design team members and distribute responses to subcontractors.
Provide general BIM tech support for project engineers.
Assist in the validation of model-based project as-builts by trade subcontractors.

Summary
The Recruiter will assist with multiple functions of the recruiting and onboarding process. This position supports the recruiting efforts for Baker Roofing branches, including job boards, job fairs, and local networking. The Recruiter will aid with both candidate and hiring team workflows to determine the status of employment and navigate any roadblocks associated with the process.

Essential Functions
* Handling all recruiting initiatives (active and passive) for Baker Roofing branch locations
* Reviewing candidates in JazzHR
* Active recruiting/sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and in-person events
* Conducting biweekly calls with General Managers, Department Heads, or other Hiring Managers to assess branch specific needs
* Host new hire orientations twice a week covering the company's policies and procedures as well as safety protocols for all Baker Roofing branch locations
* Posting and maintaining job requisitions every 14 to 21 days (roughly 70 jobs total)
* Reviewing candidates and deciding on next step in workflow
* Scheduling phone screens with viable candidates for each branch
* Updating applicant information through the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and dispositioning accordingly
* Providing training to new Hiring Managers for the hiring process and standard operating procedures
* Reviewing branch specific hiring requests and collecting needed documents from both Hiring Manager and candidate to initiate the background and/or motor vehicle report
* Inputting branch specific candidate information to run a background and/or motor vehicle report to confirm approval for hire status
* Reviewing background and motor vehicle reports to ensure hiring criteria of available positions are met
* Communicating hiring approval back to the Hiring Manager and branch following the pre-employment processes
* Monthly expense reconciliation using Concur
* Developing recruiting plans for geographic regions for Baker Roofing branches; career fairs, university/high school outreach, veteran opportunities
* Submitting tickets for IT items that are needed for branch specific new hires
* Traveling to branch specific hiring events or trainings 15-20% annually
