Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Check-in and register patients arriving for appointments. Collect and verify insurance information, as well as collect patient payments when necessary. Ensure complete and accurate patient registration using the Radiology Information System and PACS. Ensure all documents are signed for proper billing. Answer and direct phone inquiries from patients and physician offices. Schedule and reschedule patients as needed. Prepare required paperwork for exams.
