The part-time receptionist will work in the dynamic, family-centered environment of Wolk Children's Center, at the Jewish Community Center interacting daily with children, parents, and staff. Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday and available between the hours of 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations
Greet families, visitors, and staff with friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and route calls efficiently, providing accurate information or taking detailed messages as needed.
Manage visitor check-in and security procedures to ensure the safety of children and staff.
Assist parents with drop-off and pick-up questions, forms, and general inquiries.
Administrative Support
Distribute mail, packages, and internal Wolk and JCC communications to staff as needed.
Assist the Administrative and Billing Coordinator with data entry, filing, and record-keeping as directed.
Monitor and replenish front desk supplies.

Education and Experience

Familiarity using MS Office products to efficiently complete administrative tasks.
