Duties
During the course of their careers, Uniformed Division Officers carry out assignments in protection. Duties include:
Providing protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, The Main Treasury Building and Annex, and foreign diplomatic missions and embassies in the Washington, D.C. area.
Traveling in support of the Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state/government missions.
Enforcing mandated protective responsibilities as described under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A.
Our Uniformed Division's mission is to protect facilities and venues secured for U.S. Secret Service protectees. Throughout its history, the Uniformed Division has accomplished this mission through individuals who embody honor, integrity and a commitment to excellence.
Today, the Uniformed Division has grown both in size and scope of responsibility and is mandated by law to provide physical security for the White House Complex and the vice president's residence at the Naval Observatory. It also provides security for the Treasury Department building and foreign diplomatic missions in Washington, D.C. The Uniformed Division also has specialized teams including Counter Sniper, Emergency Response, K-9, and more.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required.
Possess a current valid U.S. driver's license.
Be at least age 20 and less than age 37 at the time you receive a conditional offer of employment, unless you have previous service in a Federal Civilian Law Enforcement position covered by special law enforcement or firefighter retirement provisions, including early or mandatory retirement. Applicants with veteran's preference must receive a conditional offer of employment prior to reaching age 40 to continue in the application process.
Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is also mandatory.
Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular. Possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.
Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz ranges. Applicants must be able to hear the whispered voice at 15 feet with each ear without the use of a hearing aid.
Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
Complete 12 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA or Artesia, NM and 17 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Quoting & Invoicing: Generate and process quotes and invoices daily within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce, ensuring accurate customer, sales, and financial data.
Report & Dashboard Creation: Build, manage, and analyze Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
Financial & Accounting Support: Assist with revenue tracking, sales forecasting, and commission calculations.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align objectives and streamline operations.
Training & Support: Assist in onboarding and training sales team members on Salesforce and sales processes.
Customer & Vendor Setup: Facilitate the setup of new customers and vendors, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company procedures.
Purchase Orders & Vendor Management: Process and send purchase orders to vendors, ensuring timely procurement and accurate documentation.
ERP System Management: Enter jobs and track progress within Service Fusion, ensuring accurate job tracking until completion.
Qualifications:
Salesforce Expertise: Experience in creating reports, building dashboards, and managing quoting processes in Salesforce.
Quoting & Invoicing: Strong ability to process daily quotes and invoices with accuracy.
Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Ability to analyze data using pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling.
Sales Operations Experience: Background in sales support, analytics, or operations is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in managing sales data.
Analytical & Accounting Mindset: Ability to interpret financial data, track revenue, and support financial reporting.
