Position Summary:
The primary role of the Account Executive is to drive revenue growth by managing existing client relationships to maximize yield and expanding the customer portfolio through new business development. This individual will be responsible for selling a comprehensive suite of logistics services across all divisions of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong market presence.

As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Account and Territory Management:
Manage and grow the volume, revenue, and margin within the assigned customer base or sales territory to achieve sales targets.
Regularly engage with customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails to discuss business opportunities, address concerns, and take corrective actions when needed.
Maintain up-to-date customer profiles in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Proactively identify customer needs and provide exceptional service to exceed expectations, driving long-term relationships.
Develop and implement a structured sales plan, ensuring it aligns with both customer needs and company objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and the broader sales territory.
Cultivate new client relationships and continuously identify new selling opportunities, offering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
Monitor and analyze customer and market trends, providing insights to help shape sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Collaborate with management to provide accurate sales forecasts, identifying both current and future opportunities within the assigned customer base.
Contribute to development of the company's annual budget by providing key insights on sales growth, margin optimization, and market trends.
Regularly report on progress and performance against sales goals.
Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving:
Effectively manage customer concerns or issues, driving prompt resolution and implementing action plans to prevent recurrence.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business with a driven, proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality results.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Must be willing and able to travel as needed for client visits and business development.

Process and track Security Threat Assessments (TSA) within the Indirect Air Carrier Management System (IACMS).
Perform audits of TSA compliance status for stations, agents, and shipping portals.
Conduct regular audits on IATA certification for Hazmat/DG employees.

Regulatory Knowledge & Professionalism:
Stay current on TSA regulations and industry standards.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Education & Experience:
High School diploma (or equivalent); additional certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.

This role will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance. The SAP Basis Manager will collaborate with Technology and business teams to implement and support SAP projects and initiatives.
* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
In this position, the SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for:
* System Administration: Manage and support the SAP landscape, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems (ERP, TM, EM, etc.) currently operating in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
* Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal operation and response times.
* Upgrades and Patch Management: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancement packs to keep the environment up-to-date and secure.
* Security Management: Implement and maintain SAP security policies, including user administration, role assignments, and compliance with data security standards.
* Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures, ensuring regular backups and recovery testing.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other Technology teams (network, database, application) and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of SAP systems.
* Project Management: Lead and participate in SAP-related projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring timely delivery.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
* Vendor Management: Liaise with SAP and third-party vendors for support, licensing, and procurement activities.
* QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP technologies.
* Experience with database administration (SQL Server, HANA).
* Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
* Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
Soft Skills:
