Summary:
The Dispatcher 1 plays a critical role in coordinating and managing the efficient deployment of field service personnel and resources. This position involves scheduling, routing, and dispatching teams to meet customer needs and service requirements promptly. The Dispatcher 1 monitors real-time operations, adjusts schedules as needed, and communicates effectively with field staff to resolve any issues or delays. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and optimizing routes to enhance productivity.
This individual should be able to communicate and work effectively with external service representatives and internal team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills. This individual should be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment while maintaining a productive professional demeanor. This individual must be capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with other Race team members across teams and levels of our organization.
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
Minimum of 0-1 years' experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the telecom industry preferred
Minimum of 0-1 years' Salesforce or equivalent required
Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute, certification required
Familiarity of dispatching best practices, with hands-on experience using dispatch software and tools to optimize operations required
Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices related to field service operations and logistics management required
Proven geographical knowledge of service area and ability to read maps required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as scheduled
The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Request Management :
Primarily processes the received queue and schedules Customers for installation
Reviews and processes the Preorders and schedules Customers for installation
Receives incoming service requests from customers
Assigns appropriate technicians based on skills, availability, and location
Maintains accurate records of service calls, including details and technician information
Service Call Monitoring and Resolution :
Monitors service calls to ensure timely resolution and escalates issues as needed
Coordinates with other departments to meet service level agreements
Maintains records of technician availability and adjusts schedules when necessary
Dispatch Operations and Administration :
Performs administrative tasks related to dispatch operations (data entry, filing, report generation)
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures related to service calls, technician safety, and customer service
Continuous Improvement :
Continuously monitors dispatch operations for opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Work Schedule and Availability :
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as scheduled

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $160,000 annually based on full-time employment. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Responsibilities
As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will design, improve, and execute strategies of multiple channels for paid user acquisition and reactivation, giving priority to sustainable growth that takes into account the current condition of the product. What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a variety of user acquisition channels to acquire mobile users (include, but not limited to: Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Tik Tok…etc);
Responsible for UA optimization, A/B testing, and leading innovative improvement against assigned targets;
Collaborate with Product, Research, Creative Art, and other teams to develop new and improve existing UA strategies and activities;
Develop insights, testing methodologies, and process optimization for activities like UA, user analysis, and market trends monitoring.
Qualifications
We Expect You To Have:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing in 2C business;
1+ years of experience in video gaming companies;
Strong proficiency with Excel;
Passion for digital marketing & video games.
Even Better If You Have:
Proficiency of SQL/Python;
A strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles (currently hybrid because of pandemic);
Current working hours: Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm Pacific Time (including one-hour break);

Summary:
The Fiber Designer 1 plays a key role in the planning and design of fiber optic networks, ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of telecommunications infrastructure contributing to the planning and design of fiber optic networks. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software for detailed layouts. This individual should be able to communicate and work effectively with external service representatives and internal team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills. Qualifications and Experience:
Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
Minimum of 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
Proven experience in fiber optic network design in telecommunications required
Proven experience in CAD software for design purposes required
Strong knowledge of fiber optic technologies, components, and industry standards preferred
Familiarity with local and national regulations governing fiber optic network design is bonus
One to three years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to work with KMZ and KML files
Familiarity with Google Earth

Utilizes computer-aided design using (CAD) and Vetro to create detailed fiber network layouts
Exporting and importing data to CAD files, Vetro and Google Earth
Utilizes ARC GIS for mapping
Documentation and Compliance:
Develops comprehensive project documentation, including detailed design drawings, specifications, and material lists
Stays current with industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance in fiber network design
Maintains up-to-date documentation and maps in accordance with field modifications
Problem-Solving and Adaptation:
Troubleshoots and resolves design-related issues, adapting plans as necessary to meet project goals
Implementation Support:
Collaborates with construction and installation teams to provide technical support during the implementation phase
Project Management:
Ensures adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints
