Job Summary: As the Licensing Manager, you'll take on a key leadership role within the licensing operations function. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team responsible for managing all facets of business and professional licensing compliance across the U.S. and Canada, covering various license types such as producer, surplus lines, adjuster, TPA, MGA, reinsurance intermediary, and more. Responsibilities include handling continuing education requirements, cybersecurity-related filings, premium tax submissions, and regulatory appointments.

Professional Skills & Experience
Proven leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing teams in a regulatory or compliance-focused environment.
Extensive background (10+ years) in multi-jurisdictional licensing and regulatory compliance, particularly across the U.S. and Canada, in complex, high-volume settings, or 5+ years of legal practice experience with a focus on regulatory matters.
Skilled in interpreting, applying, and communicating complex regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations to various audiences.
Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Adept at managing multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Analytical thinker with a creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fast learner, particularly with new technologies and software platforms.
Effective collaborator with a strong sense of team contribution.
