Responsibilities: Develop, document, and maintain testing artifacts using well defined, industry standard best practices Execution of test plans reporting in quality standards Continuous communication throughout the organization of the testing outcomes Coordination of UA testing per the quality plan Measure and report quality performance that contribute to the quality metrics defined goals Remain current on QA best practices and methodologies to proactively provide expertise resolving QA questions and concerns Qualifications: 3-5 years relevant experience Knowledge of SQL Proficient in manual testing techniques and test automation Proficient in Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman for testing API's and web services Hands-on experience test automation tools and frameworks Knowledge of best practices in test automation, maintain clean and maintainable code, write reusable test scripts and create efficient automation frameworks Proficient in creating, updating and running automated test scripts in alignment with requirements and user stories Attention to detail Experience with creating and managing test data for different test scenarios Excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset Ability to create and maintain test data for automated testing scripts Ability to mentor others Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to deliver on time Ability to maintain an eye for detail even in high pressure situations Ability to review functional specifications, business requirements and use cases and translate these requirements into test cases or scenarios Ability to work with cross-functional teams for ensuring quality throughout the SDLC Ability to execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results on low and moderate risk changes Ability to identify, analyze, document errors, questionable functions and inconsistencies in software and data Ability to complete work with an awareness of potential impacts across systems High level of motivation, ability to deal with pressure, and adaptability Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience We've got you covered with perks: Mission-driven job that also pays Medical Plan with no out -of-pocket premiums Generous HSA contributions Free Dental Free long- term disability and life insurance Wholistic Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program for you and your family 403 (b) generous matching Discount on ministry resources Options to work from home with a hybrid work environment Paid time off Professional Development Tuition Reimbursement * Note : Please ensure you are utilizing the most current, updated version of your browser.
