Basic Qualifications

Job Purpose
Develop the North America Quality Management System (QMS) including identification/resolution of business practice concerns, assuring compliance to ISO9001, and assuring compliance to government Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements.
Key Accountabilities
As a regional function, develop, maintain, and assure adherence to the North American Quality Management System (QMS) through leadership of the Regional Quality Standardization committee.

Regional System Owner / Administration

Key Responsibilities:
Experince in OEM and Tier 1 or 2 supplier is a must.
Develop and maintain custom CATIA V6 macros using CATScript, VBScript, or Python to automate repetitive CAD tasks.
Customize and enhance the CATIA user interface and toolbars to suit specific project or team needs.
Support the integration of CATIA V6 with PLM platforms such as ENOVIA for data consistency and lifecycle management.
Work closely with design teams to understand workflow challenges and propose automation solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed tools and processes.
Provide training and support to engineers using developed macros and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated scripts, CAD modeling errors, and system integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience with CATIA V6, particularly in Part Design, Assembly, and Drafting modules.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as CATScript, VBScript, or Python.
Solid understanding of parametric modeling, design automation, and knowledge ware concepts.
Familiarity with PLM systems (ENOVIA experience preferred).
