Be the guarantor of the robustness of the plant monitoring plan. • Implement and relay the monitoring plan in the plant, which has the power to derogate from it. • Animate the performance of the different control/reworking workstations by identifying the traversal. • Make Layered Process Audit (LPA) on positions identified as sensitive in the flow. • Conducting plant maturity audits, sharing them and tracing reconvergence actions. Lead the team (attached to the plant) & contribute to the performance. • Build the team's workload plan, guarantee the smoothing of the workload by prioritizing and allocating tasks, manage the subjects escalated. • Ensure the efficiency of the team through structured processing (A3 MRP, 5P, etc.) of problems encountered and risks. • Coordinate & Pilot the convergence of KPi Plant Quality (DVx defect/vehicle, DRR direct run ratio, SCA Stellantis Customer Audit, PPM 3MIS). • Skills cross mapping of the team. **Relocation will be provided to candidates that require it.
