Responsibilities
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
Collaborate with area project manager's and installation crews to ensure efficiency throughout installation process
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Management and maintenance of fleet vehicles
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
Ordering of job supplies necessary to support installation activities

**Essential Functions**

With this position, your earnings potential is only capped by your own drive and hard work!
**Experience and Skill Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years, hands-on experience estimating both residential and commercial mitigation projects. You must have strong organizational skills and be team oriented. **Xactimate software estimating experience is highly preferred.** The ability to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial is very important. Experience working with both time and material estimating is also helpful.
**Compensation**
As a Sales Estimator - PJC you will receive a guaranteed base plus commissions based on each project's profitability. Your compensation will vary by experience level.
