Essential Job Responsibilities You'll work directly with our Communications Rep to: * Pitch and implement your own ideas for engaging internal and social media content and campaigns (seriously - we're all ears!) * Help create compelling content for our employee intranet, newsletters, and social media that break through the clutter. * Help analyze internal communications, gather employee feedback, and use social media analytics tools to monitor marketing strategies and metrics. * Experiment with different content formats and help us figure out what works. * Help write authentic stories about our people and culture that are engaging. * Help us find creative ways to turn company news into content people want to read. * Learn how to navigate and excel in a corporate environment. Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent + Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing with between 40% and 60% of the required credits completed. * Minimum 3.0 GPA. * Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail. * Familiar with digital communications platforms and social media management. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite. Preferred Requirements * Eager to learn with a positive mindset that says there's always a solution. * A creative mind who's full of "what if we tried this..." ideas. * A person who's not afraid to respectfully challenge "the way we've always done it".
