.OB/GYN Sonographer Responsibilities:
* Perform obstetric and pelvic diagnostic ultrasounds , including first trimester dating and viability ultrasounds, follow up obstetrical growth ultrasounds, amniotic fluid indices and biophysical profiles, and gynecologic pelvic ultrasounds. May also assist physicians with sonohysterograms and ultrasound guided gynecologic procedures like IUD insertions.
* Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.
* Apply medical terminology, and anatomical and physiological knowledge to ensure that appropriate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are accurately captured to for proper interpretation of images.
* Collaborate with physicians to deliver precise diagnostic evaluations.
* Maintains proficiency in sonography techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.
* Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
OB/GYN Sonographer Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program
* Certification with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in OB/GYN (OB)
* Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and disease progression
* Proficiency in aseptic technique and medical imaging procedures.
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients and care team members.
* One-year sonography experience in OB/GYN (OB)
* Previous experience in a clinic setting

As a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist, you will practice medicine through the assessment and treatment of persons having or suspected of having psychiatric disorders and intellectual disabilities. This involves the diagnosis, treatment and disposition of assigned patients including such activities as psychiatric assessment, consultation with other medical and professional staff, prescribing medications and treatment along with documentation of treatment plans and progress achieved. This is distinguished from the work of other medical physicians in that it deals with the study, treatment, and prevention of mental illness. Psychiatric consultation includes Integrated Biobehavioral Reviews on a quarterly basis on long-term care units and admission/discharge functions for individuals admitted to the Short Term Assessment Program.
Salary Information
The starting salary is up to $144.87 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus up to $23.00 per hour add-on for a board certification in psychiatry. A 12-month probationary period is required.
Pay for current or former state employees will be set based on the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction. This position is in pay schedule and range 10/52.

The Opportunity:
Full time
Pay Range $48-$50/hr Depending on Experience
PTO accrual & all major holidays recognized

Responsibilities:
Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
Patient chiropractic care and education
Building positive doctor-patient relationships
Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
Sales of membership packages
Qualifications needed:
4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college
A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE
A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV
Valid DC license in the applicable state
Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state

Duties:
Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)

Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis

Patient education as to diagnosis/findings, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Marketing efforts to build and maintain the patient load for both the doctor and the clinic.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in WI
Willingness and ability to work with patients of all ages
