Proud Moments ABA CEO and Leadership

Eli Rubin is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Proud Moments ABA, the leading provider of ABA therapy services for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum in the northeastern United States. Since founding Proud Moments in 2014, under his leadership Proud Moments has grown to have a presence across multiple states nationwide. In 2019, Proud Moments was acquired by Audax Private Equity, and Eli continues to lead the company on its rapid growth trajectory. Prior to founding Proud Moments, Eli began his career in healthcare management as Chief Operating Officer at Devington Technologies, a company that provides Revenue Cycle Management services to medical practices across the healthcare industry. In only two years at Devington, he led the company’s adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology, and more than doubled the firm’s revenue. Eli is a dedicated philanthropist in the New York area and abroad, with a special focus on educational and social service programs. He holds a Masters’ degree in Talmudic law from The Rabbinical College of America.

Chanie is co-founder of Proud Moments ABA and has grown Proud Moments from a single location to a nationwide leader in the field of ABA therapy. A passionate BCBA by training, she is responsible for building and growing the Clinical Excellence team, defining the clinical excellence strategy, and setting the framework for Proud Moments around how to define impact and outcomes to mutually benefit the children they serve, the payor community, and Proud Moments as they continue to grow.

As Proud Moments’ preeminent legal and regulatory expert, Mark understands not only the status of the legal and regulatory environment but also how that affects the day-to-day business of running a healthcare company. He brings a wealth of regulatory, government affairs, and public policy experience in the healthcare and aging fields, most importantly providing strategic leadership in navigating the regulatory environment.

As CFO of Proud Moments, Waqar leads financial planning, strategy, and corporate development for the company’s growth and operations. Over the course of his career, he has successfully accelerated growth at companies across many industries, including life sciences and technology.

Patricia Buiocchi is a Chief Operating Officer at Proud Moments and is based in Hampton, New Hampshire. She has worked as Chief Operating Officer at Home Health Foundation. Patricia works or has worked as VP of Development & Strategic Planning at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital. She attended NEW ENGLAND COLLEGE and University of Massachusetts Boston.
