Reviews all quotes and technical responses for accuracy and completeness, including requesting technical reviews by Project or Service Delivery team members as required. Leads the price strategy decisions with sales, and project execution strategy decisions with Projects or Service Delivery teams. Prepares complete proposal packages including approvals for review by Project or Services Delivery Management for all assigned proposals, including presentation of these materials to Management in the Proposal Review Meeting. Verifies purchase orders and prepares Booking packages. Acts as the lead in the handing over System or Service project proposals. Follows all proposal guidelines, processes and procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Education: BS in Engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Prior Experience: 12+ years of industrial control related experience with a minimum of 10 years' experience in control systems proposals, engineering or service. Experience with Yokogawa Systems is preferred. Working knowledge of industrial process automation systems , including networking, hardware and software components, engineering and integration. A good understanding of various contracting strategies, i.e. MAC, MIV, LSTK. Demonstratable ability to plan and deliver large value and / or complex green field, brownfield or service proposals. Must have the ability to work independently, work well under deadlines, and use judgment in every phase of the estimation process. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and MS Visio is required.
