Work in collaboration with Senior Director to establish program goals, budget, and academic needs of participants.
Responsible for oversight of program staff including but not limited to the hiring, evaluation, scheduling, disciplinary, budget, etc.
Responsible for training Project SOAR Staff on use of database (Student Access), Banner, Slate, AppXtender, and other technology utilized by the SOAR Office.
Coordinate and organize various program field trips in accordance with Project SOAR Grant guidelines.
Conduct individual and small group sessions to address personal, academic and career concerns.
Conduct or arrange a variety of skill-building and career-learning activity workshops, seminars, and cultural events aimed at improving the participants' academic and social skills either in person or virtual.
Participate in recruiting, selecting, and assessing new participants, and follow them through postsecondary and documents on-going student contact logs via computerized database.
Assist SOAR Counselor Coordinator in co-advising student group Student Leaders of Tomorrow (SLT) or other student groups associated with SOAR.
Work with OSU-OKC departments on establishing first generation initiatives and programming on the OSU-OKC campus.
Refer participants to outside agencies and locations of support if Project SOAR resources or college resources are unable to meet the participant's needs.
In conjunction with the Senior Director, serve as liaison to OSU-OKC, and the surrounding community in order to inform them of program activities and participant accomplishments.
Collect data and produce information for program reports such annual performance reports, HLC accreditation or grant writing.
Completes all mandatory training and participates in a minimum of two professional development workshops each year which may include participation in state, regional, and national TRIO meetings/programs as appropriate.

These customers (AT&T Mobility, Verizon, TMO, and Dish) are a part of the 200+ Carrier customers that Cox serves nationally. Carrier Projects span multiple states and require national project management disciplines (customer communications, project reprioritization, internal / customer negotiation, and portfolio / project risk management) for these multi-month(s) / year(s) projects supporting these customers. This position has independent discretion (up to $25K / per project) for the management of all types of Carrier projects including new installs, upgrades / downgrades, off net builds - including multiple cell tower circuits, and dark fiber circuit projects, small cell projects, as well as some Type III projects outside of COX's footprint. This position will determine the total duration needed for each type of project and oversee the end to end process with support from their field PM peers managing the construction boundary partners. This position requires a high level of professionalism due to the communication and decision making required for these customers. To provide and review the customer inventory, renewals, and term dates of supported accounts with the account and senior management semi-annually; this will require the PM to gather and review information from SharePoint, conduct account audits, ensure timely and accurate billing credit processing, manage MACD requests and ensure proper segmentation of data.
* Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment to size and plan each Carrier project, including project reprioritizations - nationally. Manage the project from initiation to billing complete • Partners with CB Markets, and National Carrier customers in planning and defining multiple customer projects and project priorities, Carrier resource allocation and timing of deliverables.
* The Project Manager will act as our clients trusted advisor and be assigned to a base of multi-market, multi-location customers with large geographic footprints. The Project Manager is expected to build relationship equity and maintain a consistent line of communication with customers, advocate the customer's best interest during escalation of issues and coordinate in-person meetings to resolve issues with customers
* Manages installation dates and times with Field PM's and customer. Schedules customer due date within the required customer timeframes in the necessary systems.

Minimum Requirements

Provides Revenue Cycle management support to leadership ensuring appropriate and timely communications, developing project plans and milestones, and ensuring successful outcomes. May oversee assigned project and departmental registration and billing staff and/or functional and operational goals. Aligns project outcomes to achieve financial, quality, and service goals.
Duties:
Effectively manages Revenue Cycle projects to ensure financial, quality, service, and operational goals are achieved.
Responsible for day-to-day management and development of department staff utilizing development tools, such as performance evaluations and conducting performance management planning.
Ensures that the department has the infrastructure and resources required to perform its role.
Monitors department timelines to ensure resources are available and applied appropriately to achieve desired performance goals in a timely manner.
Provides support to 3 - 6 process improvement efforts annually, which are expected to dramatically improve operating performance.
May provide best practice examples from other healthcare organizations or industries.
Oversees a department which acts as an internal and/or external consulting group providing process facilitation support as well as rigorous analytical support to project teams.
Provides active tracking tools and risk management summaries for all projects designated by senior leadership.
Summarizes individual projects progress and risks to senior leadership.
Keeps abreast of recent trends and developments in process innovation and project management in the healthcare field as well as in related industries.
Maintains effective internal and external communication regarding the process innovation and project management efforts.
Provides timely information to executives, senior management and physicians throughout the system and the State.
Provides consultative, coaching, or mentoring services to leadership, department staff, and outside entities as appropriate.
Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department in community outreach efforts.
Oversees the development and implementation of communication plans.
Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
60 months experience managing and leading multiple projects.
Equivalency Substitution\: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.
Skills:
Knowledge of the clinical Revenue Cycle including registration, insurance, claims management, and billing activities.
Knowledge of trends and developments in process innovation and project management.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Ability to manage and lead projects.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Department preferences: 60 months managing clinical revenue cycle process and teams
