Qualifications What we'll want you to have: Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) in Business Management, Operations Management and/or related field from a 4-year accredited university is required. Minimum of six years experience of project management, engineering, or casino operations experience. Experience with SYNKROS is preferred or an equivalent Casino Management System Intermediate and above level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of other project management applications a plus. Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business. Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure. Additional Requirements: Travel percentage is high 50- 75%. Employees must be flexible to the needs of the business. Work Environment: Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required. Must be comfortable working in a cubicle with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse and telephone. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in constricted areas. Must be able to physically withstand travel demands, including the ability to drive or operate a motor vehicle unassisted. Position must attend monthly Field Research trips to casinos or as needed. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
