Powers Built Structures seeks responsible, hardworking, dedicated applicants to join our staff; helping to manage and increase efficiency in our steel erection division. Powers Built Structures is a family-owned business with fifteen years of service in the Colorado area, and more than fifty years of combined experience in the trade.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with steel fabricators to monitor changes of drawings- Able to submit RFI's to fabricator or general contractor- Coordinate with other trades for schedule compliance- Oversee deliveries of materials- Coordinate with general superintendent regarding job schedules and durations- Able to run Trimble Connect system to survey anchor bolts and elevations- Oversee foremen's' daily ProCore inputs- Maintain documentation and AISC certifications as designated by AISC standards- Other tasks as assigned by the general superintendent- Able to travel to jobsites daily to complete necessary tasks
Applicants are required to have:
- A minimum of three years of steel erection project management- A minimum of five years of commercial steel industry experience- Experience with AISC compliance- High School diploma, preferred bachelor's degree in construction management. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
