Key Responsibilities:
Lean / Six Sigma Strategy & Process Optimization:

Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize electronics recycling, refurbishment, and material recovery processes.
Lead value stream mapping, 5S, and root cause analysis (RCA) to improve process flow and maximize yield from recycled electronics.
Standardize and enhance processes for data destruction, component recovery, and e-waste handling in compliance with industry regulations.
Sustainability & Waste Reduction:
Integrate circular economy principles into operational improvements to minimize landfill waste and maximize material reuse.

Change Management & Employee Engagement:

Qualifications:
Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred) or Green Belt with extensive process improvement experience.
5+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering roles within recycling, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of electronics recycling, refurbishment, or e-waste recovery processes is highly desirable.
Requires ~50% travel to FCE locations in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Atlanta, Ocala, FL, Mexico City and Bogota, Columbia.

The base salary for this role is up to $90,000 plus benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k match, life insurance & PTO.
