Coordinate and oversee the work of internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and supervise the primavera P6 WBS (work breakdown structure) for project and corresponding baseline schedule, supervise and maintain detailed project schedule, milestones, and critical paths, actively monitoring progress and identifying and mitigating potential delays. Lead project team with the required monthly updates, written narratives supporting schedule updates, and recovery schedules if required. Manage project budget proactively, identifying and controlling costs, preparing and tracking estimates, and recommending necessary change orders. Ensure smooth procurement and delivery of all required materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices and in accordance with specifications.
