Minimum of Three (3) years of experience managing environmental assessment, remediation and/or long-term O&M projects
Ability to prepare and review written technical reports
Ability to manage subcontractors and negotiate/resolve subcontractor disputes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track costs, forecast costs at completion, and prepare/review invoices
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certificate required
8-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Annual Updates required
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to plan for, and meet deadlines
Possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills are a must
Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics SL and SharePoint a plus

OTHER REQUIRED CRITERIA:
Primary residence located in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area preferred
Must be located in medium to large city to support travel to project sites
WORK CONTEXT/PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work on a computer laptop for prolonged periods
Must be able to travel to project jobsites
Must be able to support up to one week in the field at a time during startup of and execution of field activities to provide quality control and cost management
Must be able to occasionally work in outdoor conditions that may include inclement weather, such as heat and humidity, rain, extreme cold with snow/ice
Possible exposure to dust, asphalt, and hazardous materials
Must be able to pass an OSHA HAZWOPER physical exam and drug screening
May work in an environment near moving vehicles and mechanical parts
Must have the ability to work in full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection which may include SCBA, APR, SAR
Must understand and follow KEMRON SOPs for specific task(s)
Must be able to travel to work/project sites and traverse all types of terrain, often only on foot
Must be able to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned tasks
Must have the ability to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one workstation to another within an office environment
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

We are currently recruiting for experienced Architecture Project Manager to support Mission Critical builds across the South East. This individual will manage client relationships, manage the execution of project delivery, collaborate on the design process and coordinate between various internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Be the primary client liaison, building and strengthening relationships by supporting project goals, requirements and tracking project progress
Manage project delivery through all phases of the project lifecycle, including after turnover
Support the design process and coordinate internal project team members to support collaboration between disciplines
Lead client presentations and meetings, and hold project team members accountable for key deliverables and analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelors or higher/equivalent degree in Architecture, with Architectural Registration a strong plus
Strong experience working as an Architecture Project Manager, with experience across all phases of construction and design
Experience with Mission Critical projects, with Data Center experience being highly preferred
Technical familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
Knowledge of sustainability and architectural design best practice
Strong stakeholder management, people management and project leadership skills
