Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and enhance production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to streamline operations and reduce costs. Quality Control: Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
