Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to rubber, QC, or materials science. Experience in start-up and equipment installation Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Experience with process improvement and a track record of driving quality and efficiency gains.     Mechanical / Robotics Engineer Three engineers with a background in equipment design and manufacturability are needed for jobs in western TN and eastern AR. This job may require overnight travel of 2-3 nights around once a month. REQUIREMENTS: · BS degree required in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Industrial Engineering (BSIE), or similar · You should be able to read and develop drawings in AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
