Recommend changes to specifications for existing products. Provide high quality technical assistance to customers on all aspects of the properties and applications of sheet products, provide technical support for fabrication methods and technologies, and conduct training for customers in the applications workshop or the customer's business location. Provide expert troubleshooting assistance to the Sanford manufacturing facility, as needed, in areas of product expertise. Ensure the complete development of manufacturing specifications and procedures for new products by assuming technical responsibility for new product production runs until the product is accepted by the plant as "ready for commercialization". Support sheet product marketing efforts by contributing to marketing videos, eblasts, trade shows and fostering relationships with collaborative partners (i.e. router and printer companies).
